What do we do?
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TO MEET WITH A NOTARY
During our mobile notary service each signer must be present and have one of the following forms of Identification:
1. A current valid identification card or driver's license issued by a U. S. DMV
or;
2. A Current Valid Passport.
or;
3. A United States military identification card with the required photograph, description of the Person, signature of the person and identifying number.
How to Prepare:
DO NOT SIGN or INITIAL prior to being in the presence of the NOTARY- we are there to witness you signing.
Please have all your paperwork ready for the signing.
Signing on Behalf of a Business? Own the Business? Have a TRUST?
For this Mobile Notary Service If you are signing as POWER of Attorney or The CEO or Owner or representative of a Business or A Trustee please be prepared to be able to identify yourself as having that capability. We actually do need to see something that gives you the capability to sign in that way.
